Mr. Chad D. Brubaker, Sales and Leasing Associate for Coastal Commercial Real Estate has an extensive background in commercial real estate sales and leasing, project management and development.

Chad received his MBA from The Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Millersville University.

Most recently Chad was the National Real Estate Manager for a financial services company where he was responsible for their real estate portfolio of over 100 offices nationwide. Mr. Brubaker's previous work experiences include the areas of accounting, finance and the insurance industry. Chad was also a Site Acquisition Manager for two national cell tower communications companies.

Chad is very active in the community and serves as a Board Member of the United Way of Greater New Bedford; the Business Council for SouthCoast Health System & SouthCoast Hospitals Group; and the South Coast Business Alliance. Chad is also a member of the 2012 Class of Leadership SouthCoast.

Raymond L. Messier

Raymond L. Messier, Senior Associate, has over 40 years of business experience in the areas of management, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, government and consulting. His educational background includes Boston College, Villanova, University of Pittsburgh, University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School), Rider University and the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. He has held Professional Designation of CPCU-Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, CLU-Chartered Life Underwriter, ARM-Associate in Risk Management, and AIM-Associate in Management.

Ray is a Massachusetts licensed Real Estate Broker and represents clients with their commercial, industrial, office sales or leasing needs. Mr. Messier is able to utilize his personal and professional experiences in buying, selling, and owning his own commercial real estate and businesses to successfully represent you or your company.


Noble E. Vincent

Noble E. Vincent - Sales and Leasing Associate

Mr. Noble E. Vincent, Sales and Leasing Associate, has had a significant career in real estate as a sales agent, project and construction manager, business development and sales and rental manager. Noble was educated at the University of Massachusetts- Amherst.

Noble has successfully managed multi million dollar road and commercial building projects which involved a school, condominiums and farm land preservation. He also managed rental properties and sales of property on Nantucket. Mr. Vincent has been responsible for negotiations of multiple, large acre land transactions. He has been a partner in a residential property investment company. Mr. Vincent has also had an award winning career in sales working with many Fortune 500 accounts in telecommunications, digital imagery and marketing.

Lori A. Nery - CBR, LMS, GRI, Vice-President

Lori A. Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, Vice-President, is a full-time professional Real Estate Broker. She is a UMASS Dartmouth Graduate with a Degree in Management and over 30 years of business experience and has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative, Loss Mitigation Specialist, Whale Historical House Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute of Massachusetts designations.

Lori served as the 2011 President of the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors and is on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Ms. Nery leads our affiliated real estate companies, Coastal Realty and Coastal Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing, representing Sellers and Buyers of Residential, Commercial, Office and Industrial Real Estate. She has extensive experience in commercial and industrial property leasing, sales, and consulting for commercial real estate projects.

Ms. Carvalho has achieved the Senior Real Estate Specialist and WHALE Historic House Specialist Professional designations. Cindy spent twenty years in the U. S. Air Force and was an Inflight Specialist for the Presidential Fleet with White House Top Secret clearance.

Kevin A. Nery, CBB, CBI, M&AMI, President, has over 30 years of business experience in the areas of accounting, taxation, management, manufacturing, marketing and consulting. He has achieved the Certified Business Broker (CBB), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) professional designations. Mr. Nery is a Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Degree in Accounting. As a professional business intermediary he is able to utilize his personal and professional experiences in start-ups, buying, selling, and owning his own companies.

Mr. Nery has held positions in banking, manufacturing, with CPA firms and a retail corporation prior to founding the firm in 2000. Over the years, Mr. Nery has valued and sold over 100 businesses. He has extensive knowledge of business sales, mergers, acquisitions, and business valuations. Mr. Nery is affiliated nationally with The International Business Brokers Association, The M & A Source, and The National Equipment Business Brokers Institute. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and is the organization's Treasurer.
